Let me tell you about my friend, a friend you ought to know

He is the one who runs the whole show.

That's authority in heaven, is given unto Him Matthew 28:18

In fact nothing has been, made without Him. John 1:3

Now this man Jesus, He lives in me

He lets me know how I should be

When I read the Bible, I learn what is right

I read about Jesus and I learn of His might

I love Jesus

Now God so loved the world that He gave His only Son

that whoever believes, will forever live as one

with the Father, Jesus, and the Spirit all in one

as believers will not perish they will live in heaven John 3:16

You need Jesus

Let me tell you why Jesus is so good

He is my King, He is my God John 20:28

My Shepherd, Leader, & Friend all in one John 10:11 John 15:15

Yes Jesus is my number one

And I can talk to Him, He can talk to me

If I listen to Him, He can set me free John 8:31–32, 36

When I turn away from self, only trust in Him

He leads me away from a life of sin Romans 6:22
